Thomas J. Brink - Founder and Owner

The founder of Plano/Richardson Home Improvement has been involved in construction for over 40 years.  T. J. worked in construction from his early teenage years during High School and during his duration at College, building home and apartments.  After graduating from Southeastern State in Oklahoma, he Coached Football and Basketball for two years.  Then T. J. moved to Dallas and met his wife, Catherine in 1982 and married.  They have two sons.  Anthony (Tony) age 24 and Tucker age 22.  T.J. has various interest including hunting, fishing, water sports, snow skiing and scuba diving.

T.J. started Richardson Home Improvement Company in 1980 building homes, room additions and bath remodeling in the Dallas area.  During the next several years, he noticed the quality of work in the area was of short supply and decided to specialize in quality not quantity.  Since that time, he changed his company to Plano/Richardson Home Improvement Company and specializes in repairs, bath remodeling, painting and carpentry work.

Our service area is primarily Plano, Richardson, Garland, Frisco and the outer laying metroplex areas.  Customer satisfaction and quality has always been the primary objective on each job.
